Montreal, Quebec, Canada
July 2022
Montreal (in the province of Quebec) was one of the stops on our trip to eastern Canada during summer of 2022. I love Montreal, plus it happens to be the city where I grew up! We spent two days in Montreal, and stayed at a B&B in China Town (right next to Old Montreal).

Downtown Montreal and Mont Royale
Our first day we spent with my brother-in-law David, walking all around downtown and up to the top of Mount Royal (called Mont Royale by the Québécois locals). We walked about 14km (8.6 miles) with a lot of climbing! Below are random pictures of downtown, unusual artwork and signs, and some views from the top of Mont Royale.

Old Montreal
The second day we walked around Old Montreal, with the cobblestone streets, old buildings and churches, lots of inviting kiosks with arts and crafts, galleries, and plenty of places to eat and drink!

I hope you enjoyed visiting Montreal with me!
