{"id":1802,"date":"2021-06-15T21:12:16","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T21:12:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/?page_id=1802"},"modified":"2025-11-05T20:34:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T20:34:17","slug":"health-overview","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/health-overview\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<p>If you check out my Health tab, you will see that I have done research on <a href=\"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/health-insulin-resistance\/\">insulin resistance<\/a> (with discussions about Type-2 diabetes), <a href=\"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/health-cancer\/\">cancer<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/health-alzheimers\/\">Alzheimer&#8217;s<\/a>. I chose these for my research since I have at least one member of my family or extended family, including myself, who has dealt or is currently dealing with one or more of these diseases. I hope that my investigations into prevention and control will help you!<\/p>\n<p>I also added a health page about <a href=\"https:\/\/wendywidgets.com\/ATasteOfYum\/gut-health\/\">leaky gut<\/a>, since many of us probably suffer from this at some level without even knowing it.
